Free, informational use
The calculators, guides and tables are provided free of charge for general information. You may use the results for your own pool, and you may share links to any page.
No professional advice
Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and on standard formulas. They are not professional, legal, engineering or safety advice. See the disclaimer. Always follow the chemical manufacturer's label and local codes, and use a licensed professional for electrical, gas, plumbing and structural work.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try hard to keep formulas and data correct, but we do not guarantee that the site is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Raul Vaquerizo and SmartPoolCalc are not liable for any damage, injury, loss or cost arising from the use of the site or reliance on its results, including damage to pools, equipment, surfaces or property.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or republish its content as your own. Brief quotes with a link back are welcome.

The text, tables, code and design of the site belong to Raul Vaquerizo unless stated otherwise. Formulas and physical constants are, of course, nobody's property.
